We collect the information you provide when creating an account: your name, email address, phone number, username, and golf club membership credentials. We also collect booking preferences and job configurations you create within the service.
Your information is used solely to operate the service — logging into your club's booking system, reserving tee times on your behalf, and sending you notifications about your bookings. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Your club login credentials are stored to enable automated bookings. They are used only for this purpose and are never shared with anyone outside TeeSnipe.
By creating an account you consent to receive transactional text messages and emails regarding your bookings and account activity. You may opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP. Transactional emails (such as password resets and booking confirmations) cannot be disabled as they are necessary for account operation.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which will permanently remove all stored credentials, booking jobs, and personal information.
